As -almost- promised in yesterday's report, I went back up Skafjellet this evening and enjoyed a marvellous sunset along the way. That, and the whole atmosphere felt like a life prolonging experience, hard as it may be to determine...
The sun disappeared as I came out the forest and I was now in a slight hurry to reach the top and get back down without using a headlamp (as the plan was). I followed our tracks from the day before and reached the top within one hour (including many stops for pictures). There were plenty of interesting things to point the camera at..
I was also a little proud of myself; this was my 11th ski-trip this year - surely all-time record for me. It all got a little bit more fun after buying wider skis. After a round of pictures on the top, it was time for the descent. Non-stop (except for taking the below picture) from top (573m) to bottom (80m) was pure delight. There's nothing more to say. Except that the headlamp never came on and that two days in row on the same mountain will do...
