This hike was supposed to be a quick one, and I didn't bring the camera (I usually do). But when I parked at the Laupsnipa trailhead, I noticed that the camera was already in the car. I took it as a sign to bring it along. It was probably the wisest decision I've made so far this year...

The northern light (Aurora Borealis) appeared just as I reached the summit, and it was one of the most beautiful sights I've ever had from a mountain top...
